What you will do

• Lead an agile team of 3-5 developers and manage 2-3 direct reports.
• Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using modern technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure security and maintainability.
• Mentor team members to improve technical concepts and development speed.
• Identify bottlenecks, fix bugs, and ensure application performance and responsiveness.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Full Stack Web Developer or similar role.
• Mastery of front-end technologies including JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong knowledge of back-end technologies such as Node.js, Express, or similar.
• Experience with database systems like MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing direct reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure SQL or other cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with UI frameworks like Tailwind, Material, or Bootstrap.
• Experience writing unit and integration tests with Jest, Cypress, or similar.
