Salary: $215,000 - $259,000

What you will do

  • Lead an agile team of 3-5 developers and manage 2-3 direct reports.
  • Develop and maintain web applications using modern technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and ship new features.
  • Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure quality and security.
  • Mentor team members to improve technical concepts and development speed.
  • Identify bottlenecks and fix bugs to ensure application performance and responsiveness.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a Full Stack Web Developer or similar role.
  • Mastery of front-end technologies including JavaScript, TypeScript, and frameworks like React.
  • Strong knowledge of back-end technologies such as Node.js.
  • Experience with database systems like MongoDB or SQL.
  • Proven experience leading teams and managing direct reports.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from the Nashville office.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Azure SQL.
  • Experience with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Familiarity with UI frameworks like Tailwind or Material.
  • Experience with unit and integration testing tools like Jest or Cypress.
