Compensation: $103,000–$134,000 base salary + 15% annual bonus

What you will do

• Act as a dedicated Finance Business Partner for the global field sales organization.
• Refine top-line bookings forecasts in collaboration with Sales leadership.
• Lead quarterly alignment on forecasts for new and expansion business segments.
• Manage headcount planning and define productivity metrics to optimize resource allocation.
• Partner with Revenue Operations to ensure workforce planning supports forecasting models.
• Synthesize complex financial data into actionable narratives for executive-level audiences.

Requirements

• Must be based on the East Coast of the USA for time zone alignment.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A within a high-growth SaaS or Tech environment.
• Proven track record of managing complex revenue forecasting and corporate reporting.
• Expert-level proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, and Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL or hirify.global.
• Ability to pass U.S. export control compliance requirements.

Nice to have

• MBA or professional certification (CFA/CPA).
• Experience with automation and AI for financial modeling.
• Prior experience mentoring team members or optimizing financial processes.
