TL;DR
Inside Sales Representative (Early Career): Engage and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities for SMB sales team with an accent on phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach to book product demos. Location: Onsite in London, England, United Kingdom 5 days a week. Must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom without visa sponsorship.
Salary: Base £45,000 + annual on-target commission $27,500 (uncapped).

What you will do
- Achieve sales goals and KPIs by engaging warm leads through consistent outreach.
- Book qualified product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand prospects' needs and business priorities.
- Maintain accurate records in the lead pipeline using sales tools.
- Complete training and support company initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Authorized to work in the UK without visa sponsorship
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills and sense of urgency
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Interest in capital markets
Nice to have
- Prior sales internship experience
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, LeanData
