What you will do

• Coordinate interviews and candidate logistics, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Manage scheduling logistics, including calendar alignment and in-office candidate experiences.
• Maintain data accuracy within Ashby ATS and pull reports for recruiting analytics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, ensuring high communication transparency.
• Support sourcing initiatives using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of recruiting coordination experience (tech recruiting preferred).
• Experience with an ATS (Ashby preferred).
• Organized and detail-oriented with a data-driven approach.
• Professional communication skills with a commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience.
• Autonomous worker with high transparency and proactive communication style.
• Strong bias for action with the ability to work in a fast-paced, engineering-minded culture.
