What you will do

• Develop and maintain procurement dashboards, reports, and performance metrics across all ACT sites.
• Analyze procurement spend, supplier performance, and inventory trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Support standardized KPI reporting for purchasing, sourcing, and supplier quality leadership teams.
• Maintain and validate critical procurement and planning data within Oracle Cloud.
• Analyze changes in demand and supply to identify material risks and ensure supply continuity.
• Provide operational support to buyers to improve purchasing execution and supplier communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-7+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or analytics.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, formulas, and Power Query.
• Experience working within ERP systems, preferably Oracle Cloud.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and convert findings into actionable business insights.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting procurement or supply planning processes in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Oracle Fusion Analytics.
• Strong understanding of sourcing, planning, and inventory management concepts.
