TL;DR

Sales Manager (Adtech): Building and growing relationships with key agency groups, pitching the product, and obtaining briefs and contracts with an accent on uncovering new opportunities and communicating them back to Product Development. Focus on maintaining high-level contact with senior executives and delivering excellent customer service.

Location: Hybrid, with two core in-office collaboration days in London, plus one additional office day of your choosing.

What you will do

  • Work autonomously to build and grow relationships with key agency groups.
  • Book and attend meetings with agency contacts, pitching the product and obtaining briefs and contracts.
  • Maintain high-level contact with senior executives within agencies to uncover new opportunities and needs for new products.
  • Provide weekly reports of sales pipeline development to the UK Sales Director.
  • Ensure all sales and campaign information is correctly inputted into the CRM.
  • Deliver excellent levels of customer service for clients.

Requirements

  • Ideally, have worked in the agency space in a sales or account management position, with a focus on programmatic.
  • Be commercially minded with the ability to spot revenue opportunities and educate clients on new revenue and performance models.
  • Have solid communication skills and be able to build rapport and confidently present and negotiate.
  • Enjoy working in an autonomous role and be self-motivated.
  • Be passionate about the adtech space and excited to work with progressive technology.
  • Keep up with trends in the industry and enjoy staying ahead of the curve with industry developments.
