Salary: $174,800–$218,500 (CA, NY, WA); $167,200–$209,000 (CO); varies by state. Eligible for annual cash bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Own the roadmap for core data products and analytics tooling powering dashboards, reporting, and self-service analysis.
• Drive data culture across engineering, product, and business teams.
• Partner with data, engineering, analytics, and business leaders to align investments with company strategy and measurable impact.
• Collaborate with product managers to incorporate data science into features and experiences.
• Establish single sources of truth for metrics, build trust through governed definitions, accelerate insights with improved tooling, and scale governance frameworks.

Requirements

• 10+ years product management or data product experience (8+ with Master's, 5+ with PhD)
• 7+ years with data technology: modern data warehousing (Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery), AWS, BI tools (Tableau, Amplitude, Looker), data governance, SQL
• Subject matter expertise in enterprise analytics governance, data product management, or analytics enablement
• Experience establishing governance for data definitions, metrics across functions; partnering with data teams on tools and models
• Proven influence on senior stakeholders, working on ambiguous problems, Bachelor's or equivalent (advanced degree preferred)
• Experience with healthcare data standards and regulations strongly preferred
