What you will do

• Define and drive the health plan strategy and manage end-to-end relationships with top payers.
• Develop strategic networks and build advocacy among C-suite executives.
• Negotiate and close innovative, transformative agreements, including value-based care models.
• Deliver compelling value propositions tailored to the unique priorities of VP and C-level audiences.
• Translate commercial insights and the "voice of the payer" to inform product, clinical, and growth strategies.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience blending strategy work (e.g., management consulting, biz ops) with commercial/GTM experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be based in New York, NY.
• Proven ability to lead complex conversations and influence VP- and C-suite stakeholders.
• Comfortable with 0→1 work and navigating ambiguity to build structure and momentum.
• Strong operational excellence with high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
