Location: Based in our Vancouver, Calgary, or Toronto offices, or remote across Canada (excluding Québec) or the US.
Salary: $121,600 to $152,000 to $182,400 CAD.

What you will do
- Define and lead ’s highest-priority GTM programs, from problem framing through delivery and outcomes.
- Drive alignment across senior leaders, resolving tradeoffs and competing priorities.
- Develop and evaluate options using deep qualitative and quantitative analysis to shape decisions.
- Act as a trusted thought partner to executives, crafting narratives, recommendations, and decision frameworks.
- Improve how runs GTM programs by designing scalable processes, governance, and execution models.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in Program Management, Management Consulting, Revenue Operations, or Strategy roles in high-growth or enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated success leading ambiguous, company-critical initiatives with broad organizational impact.
- Experience with acquisition integrations, Q2C transformations, or large-scale GTM change strongly preferred.
- Use data to shape strategy, influence direction, and drive executive decisions.
- Move fluidly between problem framing, strategic design, and hands-on execution.
- Bring structure to highly ambiguous, cross-functional, and politically complex problems.
