TL;DR

Senior Program Manager (Surgical Workflows QRC): Leading high-impact strategic and transformation initiatives across Quality, Regulatory & Compliance with an accent on PMO governance, AI-enabled process optimization, and cross-functional execution. Focus on structuring ambiguous problems into strategies and roadmaps, driving measurable outcomes, and partnering with senior stakeholders in R&D, Operations, and IT.

Location: Remote/hybrid within Europe (ideally close to major sites) with approximately 25% international travel.

What you will do

  • Lead high-priority strategy and transformation initiatives across QRC in Surgical Workflows.
  • Structure complex problems into clear strategies, decision frameworks, and execution roadmaps.
  • Own PMO governance for cross-functional initiatives, ensuring delivery against milestones and KPIs.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across QRC, R&D, Operations, IT, and business units.
  • Drive AI-enabled optimization of QMS, SOP/SSOP structures, and documentation for scalability and compliance.

Requirements

  • ~5 years in strategy, transformation, PMO, consulting, or similar high-impact roles
  • Strong track record leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in structured environments
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Business, Life Sciences, or analytical field
  • Excellent problem-structuring, analytical, and communication skills to influence seniors
  • Strong execution mindset from insight to impact
  • Interest in AI-enabled process and system optimization

  • Experience in medical devices or regulated industries
