What you will do

• Lead complex, enterprise-level healthcare initiatives in support of the Veterans Health Administration (VHA).
• Translate high-level mission objectives into actionable, human-centered programs with measurable outcomes.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to government stakeholders, guiding program execution and innovation.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across multiple projects and teams.
• Operate effectively within large, matrixed organizations to deliver healthcare technology solutions.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Minimum 10 years of experience supporting large corporations or government agencies.
• Demonstrated experience planning, initiating, managing, executing, and closing complex programs.
• Proven ability to manage programs within integrated healthcare systems.
• Must have authorization to work in the US to support federal healthcare requirements.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience managing Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) or similar programs.
• 5+ years supporting the VHA or similarly large healthcare systems (15+ medical centers).
• 10+ years of total experience in healthcare environments.
• Familiarity with VISN structures and VA medical center operations.
• Experience driving digital transformation or process improvement in healthcare settings.
