What you will do

• Maintain daily financial transaction records across multiple business locations
• Perform bank reconciliations using secure read-only account access
• Generate and follow up on client invoices to ensure timely payment
• Process accounts receivable and manage payroll functions
• Prepare comprehensive monthly and quarterly financial reports
• Collaborate directly with the business owner on financial planning and reporting
• Handle light administrative tasks in a HIPAA-compliant remote environment

Requirements

• 3-4 years of bookkeeping experience with proven track record
• Proficiency in QuickBooks (primary accounting software)
• Strong knowledge of general accounting practices and principles
• Experience with financial transaction recording and bank reconciliation
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
