What you will do

  • Partner with sales teams to generate meetings and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Profile target accounts to define and implement effective expansion strategies.
  • Engage new trials and users within existing customers to drive additional revenue.
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute targeted outbound campaigns.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to identify customer challenges and propose hirify.global solutions.
  • Ensure CRM data accuracy to support future growth strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a university.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the SaaS industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with potential clients.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a relentless approach to pursuing goals.
