Electrical & Instrumentation Technician

What you will do

• Oversee maintenance team activities and on-call duties when lead is unavailable.
• Plan, perform, and oversee electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs including wiring, panels, motors, and equipment.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for installations and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems, instrumentation, Siemens PLCs, and control devices.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues on production equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, participate in risk assessments, and support documentation and MOC processes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience with electrical and mechanical exposure; chemical or food manufacturing preferred
• GED or High School diploma
• Proficient troubleshooting on 4-20mA field devices
• Demonstrated leadership experience
• CMMS experience along with Excel and Microsoft Office
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication skills, and commitment to safety
