What you will do

• Perform startups, certifications, and scheduled preventative maintenance for UPS battery systems.
• Install battery systems according to manufacturer specifications and implement Field Change Notices.
• Conduct site evaluations to assess environmental temperature and general operating conditions.
• Provide on-site and phone assistance to customers to ensure "first time fix" results.
• Maintain accurate reporting for time cards, expenses, mileage, and ticket closures.
• Collaborate with National Technical Support to resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the US; no sponsorship provided for any visa types.
• Working knowledge of electricity, electro-chemical battery theory, and Ohm's law.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical line diagrams and blueprints.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Ability to consistently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.
