Photo Equipment Technician (Semiconductors)

Photo Equipment Technician (Photolithography): Performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on wafer fabrication equipment with an accent on troubleshooting and repair for AMSL TWINSCAN, ASML 5500, TELACT8, LITHIUS, and LITHIUS PROZ systems. Focus on electrical/electronic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems, consumable changes, documentation, and training others on equipment maintenance.

What you will do

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in the ATMC Photolithography Equipment area.
• Maintain, repair, upgrade, and monitor wafer fabrication equipment including troubleshooting for specific photolithography tools.
• Handle electrical/electronic systems, pneumatic and mechanical systems, scheduled maintenance, and consumable changes.
• Complete documentation and train others on equipment maintenance procedures.
• Communicate effectively using written and verbal skills with operations and engineering personnel.

Requirements

• AS, AAS in electronics or related field preferred, or equivalent experience; minimum 8 years in semiconductor industry.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Photolithography area; AA degree + 5 years technical maintenance may substitute.
• Excellent verbal/written communication and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of SPC and FDC to improve equipment performance.
• Ability to stand up to 12 hours, lift 50 pounds, stoop, and crawl in confined spaces.
• Interface with internal/external groups for safety, performance, and reliability.
