Sr. Business Systems Analyst (SAP): Analysis, design, testing, and implementation of business processes and supporting software for Manufacturing Finance and Controlling functions with an accent on Cost Center Accounting, Product Costing, Production Accounting, Inventory Accounting, Profitability Analysis, Profit Center Accounting, and financial reporting. Focus on collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop functional designs, validate solutions through testing, and ensure IT alignment with business needs.

Location: Libertyville, IL. Beginning May 4, required to come into the office a minimum of 4 days per week. Visa sponsorship is not available at this time.

Salary: $87,000 - $124,000 yearly

What you will do

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT to analyze processes, gather requirements, develop functional designs, and define reporting needs.
• Evaluate impact of process changes, create test plans, conduct unit and integration testing, and facilitate user acceptance testing.
• Support production issues, maintain process documentation including flows and specifications, and conduct user training.
• Act as IT liaison to business, manage initiative intake, prioritize roadmap, and align technology with business strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5-8 years of related experience.
• Deep expertise in SAP ECC 6.0 and SAP S/4HANA 2023 for Cost Center Accounting, Product Costing, Production Accounting, Inventory Accounting, Profit Centers, and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
• Knowledge of business process configuration, module integrations, master data, and transactional execution in manufacturing finance.
• Proficiency in data analysis using tools like Excel and SAP.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively.
