What you will do

  • Design, rollout, and administer sales compensation programs including quotas, territories, crediting rules, and plan documentation.
  • Manage end-to-end commission operations: calculations, validations, reconciliations, reporting, audits, and payouts.
  • Build dashboards and models for quota attainment, performance trends, and scenario planning.
  • Maintain Incentive Compensation Management platform like Xactly, including configurations and testing.
  • Partner with Sales Ops, RevOps, Finance, and Systems for data integrity and processes.
  • Resolve inquiries and disputes from plan participants.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in sales compensation program support and administration.
  • Experience with sales comp tools like Xactly, Callidus, Performio.
  • Process analysis and automation opportunities.
  • Advanced analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Comfort in fast-paced environment meeting deadlines.
