Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Boston, Massachusetts (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office)

Salary: $136,000 – $160,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Configure and maintain GTM tech stack including Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and Clay.
• Ensure high system availability for North American sales teams during core business hours.
• Maintain data accuracy across CRM and sales engagement tools to support outbound campaigns.
• Partner with Sales leadership to troubleshoot workflows and optimize productivity metrics.
• Provide local hands-on system support and bridge communication with central global engineering teams.
• Execute against the revenue systems roadmap to enhance operational scale and performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or technical B2B SaaS roles.
• Hands-on technical proficiency with Salesforce and sales engagement platforms like Outreach or SalesLoft.
• Demonstrated ability to automate GTM workflows and maintain high data quality standards.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve system issues rapidly.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and support aggressive productivity goals.
• Must be based within commuting distance of the Boston hub.
