Senior Account Manager (Fintech): Managing a portfolio of top-tier strategic customers to ensure retention and revenue growth with an accent on product adoption and customer lifecycle management. Focus on developing account plans, closing up-selling opportunities, and acting as a strategic advisor to high-tier clients.
Location: Remote (USA). Must be based in one of the following states: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Texas, Virginia, or Washington.
Salary: $110,000 - $145,000 a year + Commission

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of existing top-tier and strategic customer accounts to drive retention and revenue expansion.
- Lead onboarding activities, including integrations and training, in partnership with implementation teams.
- Develop strategic Account Plans and define KPIs to help customers achieve their business objectives.
- Maintain a regular cadence of discovery meetings and executive business reviews with assigned clients.
- Identify and close up-selling and cross-selling opportunities independently.
- Act as the voice of the customer to inform the sales process and product roadmap.
Requirements
- 4+ years of customer-facing experience, primarily as an Account Manager.
- Proven ability to maintain a minimum of 95% renewal revenue to minimize churn.
- Experience growing an existing account base through pitching and negotiation.
- Experience working with complex, multi-divisional, and multi-geographical customers.
- Must be based in one of the approved US states (CA, CO, CT, FL, IL, NY, NC, OR, TX, VA, WA).
- Ability to drive process improvement within a fast-paced startup environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with tokenization, payment processing, cryptology, and security products.
- BA/BS degree.
