TL;DR

Field Account Executive (Chicago): Lead full-cycle consultative sales for a SaaS client experience platform serving salons, spas, and medspas with an accent on territory ownership, prospecting, and building local relationships. Location: Must be based in Chicago, IL. Spend 80% of time in the field with in-person prospecting, drop-ins, and demos.

Salary: $90,000 base + $60,000 OTC

What you will do

  • Own a high-potential Chicago territory, developing target account lists and spending 80% of time on in-field prospecting.
  • Execute multi-channel outreach including in-person drop-ins, cold calls, emails, events, and social to build pipeline and referrals.
  • Conduct discovery calls, deliver tailored in-person product demos, manage deals through qualification, pricing, and close.
  • Maintain Salesforce pipeline hygiene, hit activity/revenue targets, and collaborate with SDRs, marketing, product, and onboarding.
  • Represent hirify.global at local events, trade shows, and networking to build community presence in Chicago beauty and wellness.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year full-cycle B2B software sales experience, ideally SaaS
  • Based in Chicago, IL; confident in in-person prospecting and engagement
  • Experience building/managing target account lists and outbound pipelines
  • Strong organizational skills, negotiation, business acumen, and metrics-driven
  • High energy, urgency, positivity for fast-paced high-growth environment
  • Background in beauty, aesthetics, or self-care (Medspa a plus)
