Salary: $90,000 base + $60,000 OTC

What you will do
- Own a high-potential Chicago territory, developing target account lists and spending 80% of time on in-field prospecting.
- Execute multi-channel outreach including in-person drop-ins, cold calls, emails, events, and social to build pipeline and referrals.
- Conduct discovery calls, deliver tailored in-person product demos, manage deals through qualification, pricing, and close.
- Maintain Salesforce pipeline hygiene, hit activity/revenue targets, and collaborate with SDRs, marketing, product, and onboarding.
- Represent at local events, trade shows, and networking to build community presence in Chicago beauty and wellness.
Requirements
- At least 1 year full-cycle B2B software sales experience, ideally SaaS
- Based in Chicago, IL; confident in in-person prospecting and engagement
- Experience building/managing target account lists and outbound pipelines
- Strong organizational skills, negotiation, business acumen, and metrics-driven
- High energy, urgency, positivity for fast-paced high-growth environment
- Background in beauty, aesthetics, or self-care (Medspa a plus)
