What you will do

  • Build and grow the merchant network by prospecting and closing new fitness and wellness businesses.
  • Execute a field-first sales strategy including daily visits, local events, and community relationship building.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and drop-ins to negotiation and contract closure.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly acquisition quotas and pipeline conversion targets.
  • Act as a local market expert to identify and capture untapped business opportunities.
  • Maintain and track all sales activity and performance metrics within Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in outbound field sales with strong inside sales capabilities.
  • Expertise in full-cycle sales methodology and conversion optimization.
  • Strong B2B negotiation, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Must be able to accommodate 70–80% travel, including day trips and multi-night regional travel.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must be based in the United States and eligible to work in the US.
