What you will do
- Build and grow the merchant network by prospecting and closing new fitness and wellness businesses.
- Execute a field-first sales strategy including daily visits, local events, and community relationship building.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and drop-ins to negotiation and contract closure.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly acquisition quotas and pipeline conversion targets.
- Act as a local market expert to identify and capture untapped business opportunities.
- Maintain and track all sales activity and performance metrics within Salesforce.
Requirements
- 3β5 years of experience in outbound field sales with strong inside sales capabilities.
- Expertise in full-cycle sales methodology and conversion optimization.
- Strong B2B negotiation, organizational, and time management skills.
- Must be able to accommodate 70β80% travel, including day trips and multi-night regional travel.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be based in the United States and eligible to work in the US.
