What you will do

  • Prospect, pitch, and close new business partnerships in the fitness and wellness sector.
  • Execute a field-first sales approach with 70–80% time spent traveling to local merchants and industry events.
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle from initial outreach and in-person drop-ins to negotiation and contract closure.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly acquisition quotas and pipeline conversion targets.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track performance metrics and manage a disciplined sales pipeline.
  • Act as a local market expert by identifying and securing untapped business opportunities in the assigned territory.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of outbound field sales experience combined with inside sales proficiency.
  • Must reside in the San Francisco, CA region to support regular in-person prospecting.
  • Full-cycle sales methodology expertise with a focus on conversion optimization.
  • Strong B2B negotiation, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Proven record of exceeding quotas and OKRs in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Microsoft Office Suite.
