Salary: $90,000 + $60,000 OTC

What you will do
- Own territory by developing target account lists, spending 80% time in field prospecting block-by-block, and executing multi-channel outreach including in-person drop-ins, calls, emails, and events.
- Conduct discovery to uncover needs, deliver tailored in-person product demos, navigate pricing, apply qualification frameworks, and close deals with trusted-advisor approach.
- Maintain pipeline hygiene in Salesforce, hit activity/revenue targets, collaborate with SDRs/marketing/product/onboarding teams, and share competitive intelligence.
- Build community presence at local events, trade shows, and networking opportunities in San Francisco beauty/wellness scene, cultivate referral networks.
Requirements
- At least 1 year full-cycle B2B software sales experience, ideally SaaS
- Based in San Francisco, CA; confidence in in-person prospecting and field work
- Experience building/managing target account lists and outbound pipelines
- Strong organizational skills, negotiation, business acumen, urgency, positivity, high energy for fast-paced environment
- Background in beauty/aesthetics/self-care (Medspa a plus) helpful
