TL;DR

Field Account Executive (San Francisco): Lead full-cycle consultative sales for SaaS client experience platform serving self-care businesses with an accent on territory ownership, in-person prospecting, and community relationship building. Salary: $90,000 + $60,000 OTC

hirify.global is a client experience platform for appointment-based self-care businesses including salons, spas, medspas, and barbershops.

What you will do

  • Own territory by developing target account lists, spending 80% time in field prospecting block-by-block, and executing multi-channel outreach including in-person drop-ins, calls, emails, and events.
  • Conduct discovery to uncover needs, deliver tailored in-person product demos, navigate pricing, apply qualification frameworks, and close deals with trusted-advisor approach.
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene in Salesforce, hit activity/revenue targets, collaborate with SDRs/marketing/product/onboarding teams, and share competitive intelligence.
  • Build community presence at local events, trade shows, and networking opportunities in San Francisco beauty/wellness scene, cultivate referral networks.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year full-cycle B2B software sales experience, ideally SaaS
  • Based in San Francisco, CA; confidence in in-person prospecting and field work
  • Experience building/managing target account lists and outbound pipelines
  • Strong organizational skills, negotiation, business acumen, urgency, positivity, high energy for fast-paced environment
  • Background in beauty/aesthetics/self-care (Medspa a plus) helpful

  • Background selling to beauty, aesthetics, or self-care businesses, especially Medspa
