TL;DR

Field Account Executive (SaaS): Lead full-cycle consultative sales for client experience platform targeting salons, spas, and medspas with an accent on territory ownership, prospecting, and deal closing. Location: Must be based in Boston, MA

Salary: $90,000 base + $60,000 OTE

hirify.global is a client experience platform for appointment-based self-care businesses including salons, spas, medspas, and barbershops.

What you will do

  • Own territory in Boston, MA: develop target account lists, spend 80% time in field prospecting block-by-block, and execute multi-channel outreach including drop-ins, calls, emails, and events.
  • Conduct discovery calls, deliver in-person product demos, manage pricing discussions, qualify deals, and close with trusted-advisor approach.
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene in Salesforce, hit activity/revenue targets, collaborate with SDRs/marketing/product teams, and share market insights.
  • Build community presence at local events, trade shows, and networking to represent hirify.global in beauty/wellness/aesthetics scene.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year full-cycle B2B software sales experience, ideally SaaS
  • Based in Boston, MA; confidence in in-person prospecting
  • Experience building/managing target account lists and outbound pipelines
  • Strong organizational skills, negotiation, business acumen, urgency, and positivity
  • Comfort with activity/conversion metrics in fast-paced environment

Nice to have

  • Background selling to beauty, aesthetics, or self-care businesses (Medspa a plus)
