TL;DR
VP of Sales (SaaS): Lead and scale a high-performance sales team in mid-market and enterprise revenue enablement with an accent on hands-on coaching, outbound execution, and ICP discipline. Focus on building pipeline machines, enforcing rigorous sales processes, and partnering cross-functionally to drive predictable revenue growth.
Location: Strong preference for Denver, CO (in office 2x per week). Open to other US locations. Must be based in the US; no candidates outside the US or needing sponsorship.
Salary: $350K–$400K OTE • Offers Equity • Offers Commission

What you will do
- Directly manage and coach sales reps through prospecting, qualifying, deal management, and closing, building a high-execution team.
- Hire, onboard, and ramp new talent while establishing scalable management practices.
- Own outbound pipeline creation (30-40% goal), enforce ICP-fit sales processes, and deliver accurate forecasting.
- Leverage AI tools like for in-flow coaching, competitive intel, and agentic workflows.
- Partner with Marketing on pipeline and campaigns, and with Customer Success on customer fit for retention and expansion.
- Collaborate with CEO/COO on GTM strategy, revenue targets, and operational scaling.
Requirements
- Proven B2B SaaS sales leader with strong win rates, pipeline conversion, and ICP discipline.
- Challenger Sales expertise, hands-on coaching that develops reps and drives results.
- Experience with outbound motions, sales tech like Gong, and AI experimentation (agents, LLMs).
- US-based; no sponsorship or non-US remote.
- Data-driven with cross-functional partnership skills (Marketing, CS).
- Scrappy yet scalable mindset for lean, high-growth environments.
