TL;DR
Head of Enterprise Sales (AI): Scaling the enterprise revenue engine and go-to-market strategy for compute and RL infrastructure with an accent on building outbound motions and closing high-complexity deals for AI labs and startups. Location: Flexible (Remote or San Francisco). Visa sponsorship and relocation support provided.
Compensation: $150,000–$300,000 + equity incentives.

is building an open superintelligence infrastructure stack that aggregates global compute for model training and reinforcement learning.
What you will do
- Build and lead the enterprise sales function, including processes, playbooks, and quota design.
- Manage full-funnel revenue generation from outbound discovery to contract negotiation and closing.
- Develop GTM motions specifically for selling unified compute and RL post-training offerings.
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to design pilots and ensure value realization.
- Define strategic targeting for AI labs, research organizations, and foundation model builders.
- Hire, mentor, and scale the early account executive team.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales with at least 2+ years leading a sales team.
- Proven track record of closing infrastructure or platform deals in the $250k–$2M+ range.
- Experience selling to technical buyers such as ML teams, AI labs, or cloud infrastructure buyers.
- Ability to build sales processes, forecasting systems, and playbooks from scratch.
- Experience navigating high-complexity, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
- Demonstrated bias for action and ownership in fast-moving, high-ambiguity environments.
Nice to have
- Background in selling ML infrastructure, compute, or RL/post-training platforms.
- Existing professional relationships within AI labs or frontier ML teams.
- Experience scaling GTM organizations from Seed to Series B stages.
- Technical understanding of RLHF, agentic AI, or model customization workflows.
