TL;DR
Senior Customer Success Engineer (AI): Help customers achieve outcomes with business analytics, AI/ML, and GenAI through technical programming, product enablement, workshops, and one-to-many user engagement with an accent on onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion. Focus on educating on best practices, executing self-sustaining programs, and collaborating with sales and professional services to drive business value.
Location: United States, Remote. Preferably located within the Northeast region of the United States.
Salary: $144,000 - $152,000 USD

What you will do
- Work closely with customers on onboarding, user adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
- Educate customers on platform best practices and conduct hands-on workshops.
- Develop understanding of customer business and use cases to guide success with products.
- Establish regular touchpoints, provide hands-on support, and execute self-sustaining enablement programs.
- Collaborate with Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and others to drive engagements and identify expansion opportunities.
- Document adoption status, share customer stories, and coach on support tickets for technical issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years in sales engineering, technical/solutions consulting, post-sales delivery, or data science with customer trust track record.
- Strong written/oral presentation skills for business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong technical, analytical, problem-solving skills; experience building communities of practice.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, build consensus, foster accountability, and tailor messaging to various technical levels.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
Nice to have
- advanced designer, Snowflake SnowPro Core, Databricks Business Analyst certifications.
- Hands-on experience with data storage/computing (SQL, Kubernetes) and proficiency with Python, R, SQL.
- Public speaking skills and passion for data/analytics space.
- Experience in Analytics/AI or enterprise software.
