What you will do
- Drive 20%+ revenue growth through strategic plans, pipeline management, and new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain C-level relationships, dedicating 50%+ time to client engagement and face-to-face interactions.
- Own account P&L, financial forecasts, risk mitigation, and delivery oversight in collaboration with Delivery Managers.
- Develop account growth strategies aligned with client needs, focusing on renewals, innovation, and industry expertise.
- Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement within the client portfolio.
Requirements
- Significant experience in client management driving 20%+ revenue growth and account P&L.
- Proven success in client strategies, senior-level relationship building, and negotiation (MSAs, contracts).
- Strong business acumen, financial analysis, leadership, and ability to influence across organizations.
- Excellent communication for C-level engagement and managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Deep understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and Payments/financial services.
