What you will do

• Define and execute the strategic direction of the CDS Business Unit based on local market insights.
• Drive new business acquisition and manage strategic account relationships at the C-level.
• Lead presales activities and manage complex sales cycles and contract negotiations.
• Implement people strategies, focusing on upskilling in Cloud, DevOps, and Architecture.
• Strengthen employer branding to attract top tech talent in the local market.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Marketing to track financial performance and KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• 8–10+ years of professional experience, including leadership roles in IT services.
• Proven expertise in software engineering delivery domains including BA, PM, Architecture, and DevOps.
• Experience managing C-level stakeholders across various industries.
• Fluency in English and Hungarian; German is an advantage.
• Strong business acumen and experience with CRM systems.
