What you will do

• Own the full relationship with enterprise users as the single point of contact, driving collaboration, issue resolution, and decision-making.
• Accelerate time to value through rigorous program management, building high-performing teams, and integrating hirify.global products into user architectures.
• Deliver project management expertise, innovate deployment practices, and provide insights for maximum product value.
• Manage scope, time, cost, quality, risks, and governance in alignment with business objectives.
• Interface with Product and Engineering teams to align implementations with the roadmap.
• Ensure smooth project closeout with knowledge transfer to Support and participate in the global Engagement Management community.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience with enterprise strategic users on complex technology/business transformation programs
• Ability to understand complex business requirements and craft tailored solutions
• Proven program management skills and strong critical thinking
• Superior verbal/written communication and ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Experience engaging executive stakeholders in complex enterprise structures
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and influence cross-functional teams

Nice to have

• Background in management consulting, technology advisory, or professional services
• Certifications like Certified ScrumMaster, PMP, or PRINCE2
• Prior experience in payments industry
• Familiarity with API integration and testing
