What you will do

  • Identify, engage, and onboard game studios, publishers, and brands onto hirify.global's advertising platform.
  • Consult with partners to translate marketing goals into actionable advertising strategies.
  • Manage campaign success through setup, optimization, and performance reporting.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify optimization opportunities and communicate insights.
  • Collaborate with product, data, and sales teams to refine advertising solutions.
  • Represent hirify.global's advertising capabilities in partner meetings and industry discussions.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or client success in advertising, ad tech, digital media, or related fields.
  • Foundational understanding of digital advertising ecosystem, including performance marketing and campaign fundamentals.
  • Analytical mindset to interpret data and connect insights to business outcomes.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Self-starter comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Basic familiarity with advertising or analytics platforms (e.g., DSPs, MMPs).

Nice to have

  • Experience with gaming or entertainment brands.
  • Familiarity with mobile advertising, attribution models, or user acquisition.
  • Exposure to ad tech tools like SSPs, DSPs, and measurement platforms.
  • Knowledge of audience targeting, creative optimization, or A/B testing.
  • Passion for gaming, digital innovation, and performance-driven marketing.
