What you will do

  • Recruit, onboard, and lead a team of Territory Account Managers while fostering a high-accountability culture.
  • Drive regional execution of commercial launch strategy and expand the treatment ecosystem with certified centers and providers.
  • Build strategic relationships with psychiatrists, treatment centers, behavioral health systems, academic centers, and KOLs.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Training, and Patient Support teams.
  • Analyze performance metrics, manage budgets, and provide field insights to optimize brand strategy.
  • Conduct regular field coaching to enhance clinical selling and consultative engagement skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required (advanced degree preferred)
  • 8-10+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience; 5+ years of first-line sales leadership
  • Demonstrated success launching specialty or neuroscience therapies
  • Experience in psychiatry, CNS, or behavioral health markets
  • Experience with therapies requiring site certification, REMS, or specialized administration; work with IDNs and academic centers
  • Experience building teams in startup or pre-launch biotech environments
