What you will do

• Build and manage high-quality pipelines for technical roles in robotics, ML/AI, embedded systems, and software engineering
• Develop creative, research-driven sourcing strategies for passive candidates
• Write personalized, resonant outreach reflecting deep understanding of candidates' backgrounds
• Partner with hiring managers and founders to define role requirements
• Maintain accurate view of talent landscape and continuously refine sourcing approaches

Requirements

• 0-4 years experience in talent acquisition at high-growth tech startups
• Experience sourcing for technical roles (ML, robotics, embedded systems, or similar)
• Background in technical research, engineering, or adjacent fields
• Familiarity with Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools
• Comfortable with ambiguity, ownership, and building processes from scratch
• Mission-driven with specific excitement for Matic's home robotics vision

Nice to have

• Experience at fast-moving startups or hardware/deep tech companies
• Eager to work with AI tools and automate workflows
• Experience with ATS like Ashby or Greenhouse
