TL;DR

Senior Digital Marketing Manager (SaaS): Drive pipeline growth through content-led digital demand generation programs with an accent on strategy, execution, and integration across PLG and SLG motions. Focus on building scalable content experiences, optimizing full-funnel conversion, and partnering with sales for account-based plays.

Location: San Francisco, California, United States (in-office 5 days a week). Hubs also in Boston, New York, Austin.

Salary: $150,000–$180,000 base + equity

What you will do

  • Develop and execute content-led digital demand generation strategy aligned to pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Prioritize content investment and channels based on pipeline potential and funnel impact.
  • Own strategy and execution of digital content programs including thought leadership, campaign assets, and conversion-optimized experiences.
  • Orchestrate multi-channel programs with SEO, ABM, and sales teams for nurture, re-engagement, and account-based plays.
  • Partner with sales to identify content gaps, build account-specific programs, and surface engagement signals.
  • Optimize digital content journeys, nurture programs, and attribution models for pipeline accountability.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years in digital marketing, content marketing, or demand generation in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record driving pipeline and revenue through content-led programs across PLG and SLG.
  • Strong background in content strategy, campaign execution, and marketing automation.
  • Data-driven with pipeline/revenue focus, able to manage strategy and hands-on execution.
  • Experience building integrated content programs in partnership with sales.
