What you will do

• Set strategic marketing direction and lead integrated plans for Commercial, Builder, Remodeler, and Retail segments.
• Design and measure demand generation strategies and lead generation campaigns to drive sales.
• Develop KPIs and benchmarks to demonstrate a results-driven approach to marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with segment leaders to integrate and implement marketing strategies across the organization.
• Identify industry trends and competitive insights to create actionable improvement plans.
• Lead, mentor, and coach the marketing team with clear goals and action plans.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Eden Prairie, MN.
• 10-15 years of professional marketing experience.
• Extensive experience in demand generation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business; Master's degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Suite, and project management software (e.g., Workfront).
• Ability to travel regionally and nationally up to 10%.
