Salary: $195,000-$290,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Sell hirify.global DAM solutions exclusively to net-new enterprise customers.
  • Manage full sales process including prospecting, qualification, forecasting, and account strategy.
  • Lead engagements with enterprise clients, collaborating on customer experience and positioning solutions to C-level executives.
  • Build and grow sales pipelines across assigned region with SDR, Presales support, and personal prospecting.
  • Leverage partner network throughout sales cycles and demonstrate offerings, value, and market trends.

Requirements

  • Significant enterprise software sales experience focused on net-new business and high-value deals
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quota targets
  • Experience selling complex SaaS solutions through full sales cycles
  • Strong territory knowledge for prioritizing opportunities and building relationships
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative problem-solving skills
  • Tremendous work ethic, grit, integrity, and process execution

Nice to have

  • Experience with MEDDIC sales methodology
  • Selling SaaS MarTech solutions
  • Training in Command of the Message
