Salary: $90k to $115k plus 15% bonus

What you will do

  • Drive net new demand generation aligned with go-to-market priorities.
  • Develop and execute integrated field marketing plans to boost awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.
  • Support the full marketing and sales funnel from awareness to closed-won, aligning with sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with sales, SDRs, and partner teams to accelerate pipeline and conversions.
  • Plan and deliver field events, executive roundtables, webinars, and digital activations.
  • Measure and report campaign performance, pipeline impact, and ROI using Power BI and Salesforce.
  • Leverage intent data and account insights for targeting, messaging, and ABM refinement.
  • Act as a trusted marketing advisor to sales leadership with data and market trend insights.

Requirements

  • United States location or work authorization.
  • Proven success in field roles focused on pipeline generation.
  • Strong understanding of ABM, intent data, and funnel acceleration strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, 6sense).
