What you will do

  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to translate customer requirements into AI and CCaaS solution architectures.
  • Design and demonstrate outbound campaign workflows including dialing strategies, segmentation, and contact cadence.
  • Design AI flows using low-code/no-code designers, vibe coding, and scripting.
  • Present technical solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Lead proof-of-value (PoV) and pilot implementations for outbound use cases.
  • Integrate CCaaS platforms with CRM, telephony, and campaign management tools.

Requirements

  • USA-based remote work required.
  • Deep outbound contact center expertise: campaign orchestration, dialing modes (predictive, preview, progressive), contact strategies.
  • Regulatory knowledge: OFCOM (UK), FDCPA, CFPB, TCPA (US).
  • Prior hands-on operational experience in contact centers, ideally outbound.
  • CCaaS platforms experience: hirify.global, Genesys, Five9, Alvaria, TCN or similar.
  • AI/ML awareness for outbound operations (call outcome prediction, agent coaching).
  • Solution architecture for scalable integrations with CRM, compliance, analytics.
  • Strong communication to explain technical/regulatory concepts.
  • Ethical AI awareness including consent and fairness.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, or related.
  • At least 2 years in technical pre-sales or outbound contact centers.
  • Experience with outbound CCaaS deployments, compliance workflows, consulting.
