What you will do

• Handle after-hours client communications and urgent travel inquiries
• Manage assigned client portfolios and process travel requests
• Execute rebooking, reissuing, changes, cancellations, and new reservations using booking systems
• Provide expert support for travel emergencies and complex situations
• Maintain proactive client communication and document all interactions
• Coordinate with day-shift teams for service continuity

Requirements

• Proven experience in travel booking and industry operations
• Proficiency with Sabre booking system
• Strong English communication skills for North American clients
• Comfortable working North America after-hours shifts in Eastern Time
• Customer service experience handling complex travel situations

Nice to have

• Experience with other GDS systems
• Knowledge of corporate travel policies
