What you will do

• Provide client support using excellent English communication skills.
• Handle multitasking in a graveyard shift schedule.
• Manage appointment setting and similar customer interactions.

Requirements

• At least 3 years in the BPO industry
• Excellent English communication skills
• Willing to work graveyard shift and start training immediately
• Computer/laptop with Core i5 (7th gen+) or AMD equivalent, 12-16GB RAM, functional camera.
• Excellent noise-canceling headset and dual monitor.
• Stable internet with at least 25 Mbps upload/download
