Focus on monitoring global events for traveler safety, resolving disruptions under pressure, and ensuring seamless experiences before, during, and after trips.
Location: Chicago, Illinois (hybrid, in-person 3 days a week, must be based within commuting distance). Relocation support available to hubs.
Compensation: $23–$25 per hour starting (higher based on experience) + $6 per hour weekends.

What you will do
- Provide multichannel support for bookings and modifications via phone, live chat, and email.
- Manage complex international multi-city itineraries including air, rail, ground, and lodging using proprietary software.
- Enforce corporate travel policies, budgets, and vendor contracts.
- Deliver white-glove concierge service for C-suite executives handling specific preferences.
- Monitor global events and proactively reroute travelers for safety (Duty of Care).
Requirements
- 3+ years in high-touch customer service.
- Exceptional problem-solving under pressure with crisis mindset.
- Active listening and clear professional communication (written/verbal).
- Tech-savvy, quick learner of SaaS platforms, multitasking with tools.
- Based within commuting distance of Chicago hub (IRL-first, 3 days in-person).
- English proficiency (official office language).
