What you will do
- Respond to inquiries and engage customers via email using ReAmaze and social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
- Assess needs, provide tailored solutions, and resolve complaints within time limits.
- Build long-term relationships through open communication and follow-ups.
- Maintain records of interactions, process accounts, and follow company policies.
- Go the extra mile to enhance customer experience and handle ad hoc tasks.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, conflict-resolution, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
- Empathetic, patient with customer-first mindset and attention to detail.
- Reliable personal equipment: i5 processor or equivalent, wide monitor for multiple tabs.

- Prior customer service experience in e-commerce.
