What you will do

• Manage business travel bookings and changes over the weekend
• Handle flights, hotels, rail, and car hire
• Support customers during disruption or urgent changes
• Work independently and make decisions confidently
• Use GDS and internal systems to manage bookings accurately
• Deliver calm, professional service when customers need it most

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Business Travel Consultant
• Confident using a GDS (Galileo, Amadeus or Sabre)
• Comfortable working weekends as standard
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Customer-first mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure
