What you will do

• Lead development and manage data, storage, and replenishment strategy for direct materials in advanced manufacturing.
• Reduce operational costs through lean manufacturing efficiencies.
• Select and implement material flow solutions independently.
• Maintain ERP system parameters aligned with Plan for Every Part (PFEP) strategy.
• Troubleshoot and resolve supply chain issues with internal and external customers.
• Forecast material demand, analyze data, and present for operational reviews.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen, Permanent Resident (green card holder), or protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)
• AS/BS in Supply Chain related field OR 3+ years relevant aero-structures material management experience (High school degree or equivalent required)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics
• Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing processes and operations
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Ability to work extended hours occasionally or provide periodic remote weekend support

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Power BI or similar analytics tools
• Experience with data mining, visualization, and basic automation/reporting
