What you will do

• Lead negotiations, drafting, and management of contracts with creators and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with legal, marketing, finance teams for compliance and alignment.
• Build and nurture relationships with agencies, platforms, and management teams.
• Develop processes for contract renewals, KPI tracking, and partnership evaluation.
• Conduct market research on creator trends and deliver reports to senior management.
• Monitor performance of creator activations and provide data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

• 10+ years professional experience in business affairs, legal, or compliance.
• 5+ years working directly with talent/creators, ideally with legal responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of social media, consumer trends, and digital media industry.
• Fluency in English; Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, multitasking in fast-paced environment.
• Travel 20-30%; ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
