What you will do

• Support origination of ECM opportunities including IPOs, follow-on offerings, block trades, and share buybacks.
• Prepare pitchbooks, market updates, and transaction analyses for senior bankers and clients.
• Position European investor access via roadshows with Kepler Cheuvreux for North American clients.
• Contribute to transaction execution, coordinating due diligence, documentation, and approvals.
• Collaborate with global ECM team, Capital Markets, and other product partners for cross-selling.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• 7+ years in Equity Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or related Capital Markets roles
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills; high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Understanding of public equity markets, issuance structures, and regulatory requirements
• Ability to manage deadlines under pressure and excellent communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with senior stakeholders across regions
