Senior Technical Recruiter & People Ops Lead: Own end-to-end hiring for Poland engineering team (Backend, Frontend, Fullstack, Staff+) with an accent on technical sourcing, AI-powered workflows, and employer branding. Location: Remote, based in Poland (Krakow or Warsaw)

What you will do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles: sourcing strategy, pipeline building, scorecards, and offer closes.
  • Partner with Engineering/Product leaders as trusted advisor on hiring decisions and market insights.
  • Design AI-powered workflows for sourcing, personalization, analytics, and screening; build scalable playbooks.
  • Drive process improvements, cross-functional coordination, and People Ops support for Polish employees.
  • Champion candidate experience and employer brand via community engagement, events, and content.
  • Share Poland market insights globally and contribute to TA/People initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years full-cycle technical recruiting in high-growth tech, with Poland employer brand experience
  • Deep technical credibility for engineering roles (Backend, Frontend, Fullstack, Staff+)
  • Proven strategic partnership with Eng/Product leaders, data-driven analytics expertise
  • AI-native: built recruiting automations, tools, and workflows
  • People Ops/HR exposure and Polish employment knowledge
  • Based in Poland (Krakow or Warsaw)
  • Self-sufficient, high ownership, strong EQ and candidate experience focus

Nice to have

  • Experience in niche Polish tech communities and referral networks
