Location: Toronto ON CA, AZ US, TX US, FL US, Nova Scotia CA, Dallas TX US, MI US, WV US, Ottawa ON CA, AB CA, SC US, Oakville ON CA, GA US, TN US, NC US, AL US, PA US. Must be able to travel between US and Canada (under 25%)

Salary: $100,800 - $126,000 annually + 30% target incentives

What you will do

• Lead presales and design of Power Platform cloud solutions for customers.
• Collaborate with IT leadership and sales teams on strategic initiatives.
• Serve as trusted advisor, providing technical expertise and recommendations.
• Draft customer-facing statements of work (SOW).
• Architect scalable, secure solutions and integrate with Microsoft ecosystem and third-party services.
• Support data modeling, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and Power Platform COE guidance.
• Present solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders and guide solution architects.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge and experience developing/architecting Power Platform solutions including Power Apps (Model Driven/Canvas), Dataverse, Power Automate, Power Pages, AI Builder, Power Platform COE.
• Expertise in solution deployment, Power Platform Pipelines, Azure DevOps CI/CD, Azure Logic Apps, Functions, Dataverse plug-ins.
• Strong client-facing communication and ability to distill technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• 5+ years work experience in technical environments with increasing responsibility.
• Solid understanding of data governance, security, and Power Platform admin best practices.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
• Strong knowledge of Power Automate (Cloud/Desktop) and Power BI.
• Experience with Copilot Studio, Azure DevOps, ALM, SQL, Power Fx, JSON, RESTful/Graph APIs.
• MS Teams SDK framework, MS Syntax knowledge.
